Our Philosophy

More Than a Job: Building Professions at Liberty Precision

Level Up Your Skills

Liberty Precision strives to be the future of aerospace and munitions machining. We are achieving this by doing the following:

  • Offering the most cutting-edge contract manufacturing solutions

  • Putting quality at the forefront of everything we do

  • Continuously investing in industry-leading equipment and software

  • Excelling in the complex machining of parts with intricate geometries and tight tolerances

  • Securing ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D registrations for efficient aerospace machining services

While we’ve made some pretty impressive innovations to our shop and operations, we know that the real value of our precision machine shop comes from the individuals keeping production going: our highly talented team members.

Liberty Precision aims to hire and train machinists and engineers of all experience levels. Whether someone is new to the manufacturing field or has years of experience in contract machining, we provide opportunities for them to develop their skills. If a team member wants to gain an in-depth understanding of a specific capability or one of our software systems, Liberty Precision is glad to provide them with on-site training or enroll them in programs to gain proficiency.

Our employee upskilling program is one of our crowning achievements at Liberty Precision. A shop can have all the best equipment and software, but without a dedicated, highly skilled workforce operating the machines, they won’t go far in creating cutting-edge solutions for customers. Similar to how we don’t put a ceiling over how much our business can achieve, we don’t put limits on what our team members can learn and accomplish.

A Word from the President of Liberty Precision

What does it take to pivot quickly to meet the demands of a marketplace earmarked by uncertainty and change?

At Liberty  Precision, we know first-hand the answer to this question. Our success is based on a strong foundation, built on the fundamental principles we apply to all of our customer programs. These characteristics, which I first learned as a Navy SEAL officer, are fundamental to the success of any high-stakes operation: extremely cohesive trained teams, rigorous systems and processes, and technology-enabled solutions.

They were recently put to the test as one of the first manufacturers to help answer the call for ventilators and medical equipment during the pandemic.

At Liberty, our teams are fully prepared to mobilize with purpose. Attacking difficult challenges with strength and determination, our experienced, cross-functional teams drive new thinking and new solutions. The processes and systems we utilize enable us to quickly assess a situation, solidify an approach, and deliver the results our customers need to maintain a competitive advantage.

Equipped with the most advanced manufacturing technologies, our facilities are supported with the newest innovations in CNC machining, highly automated robotic work cells, and the ability to access data that informs decision-making.

Committed to serving as the premier contract manufacturer of precision-machined components across industries and applications, we’d welcome the opportunity to learn more about the challenges confronting you.

Let’s explore how together we can build a better future for our customers, our teams and our communities by advancing American manufacturing’s role in our success.

Sincerely,

Bill Berrien
