Manufacturers traditionally used manual methods of milling, and many shops have not shifted to computer numerical code (CNC) methods. Our effective, highly automated processes allow us to mill parts at medium volumes with high repeatability. Additionally, our CNC milling centers are capable of working with a range of materials at high speeds. We can achieve extremely accurate tolerances of ±.0005” for parts that cannot be turned.
