To meet the quality standards required for AS9100D-certified machining, our precision machine shop is equipped with various state-of-the-art Swiss machines. We have partnered with the leading CNC Swiss brand, Tsugami. We make ongoing investments in Tsugami’s latest Swiss machines to ensure we are yielding the greatest possible outcomes for our customers’ complex machining needs. Our partnership with Tsugami enables us to provide superlative quality products at volume while continuing to maintain low minimum order quantities.

The multi-axis Swiss machines in our shop offer the greatest precision and accuracy, with up to 9 axes of turning capabilities. These highly automated machines essentially offer three machines in one, allowing us to complete parts in a single operation.
