To improve the quality of our parts, as well as streamline production, our precision machine shop has invested in the following model-to-machine software:
Model-to-machine methods streamline production by seamlessly integrating digital 3D models or CAD files from the design stage into the machining process. In “smart” manufacturing, CNC machines will interpret and execute manufacturing instructions directly from the models or files, therefore reducing the need for manual programming.
Liberty Precision leverages some of the most advanced CAD/CAM technologies to produce the highest quality parts with maximum efficiency.
By taking the “smart” approach, we effectively cut down on machine setup time by 50%. This increased efficiency reduces production time for our parts, as well as lead times for our customers.
